Welcome to the vendor information page for the 2009 LA3D Heli Fun Fly.  All the Vendors from last year will agree this will be a hot event this year!! You will be pleased to know that we have created a layout that will accomodate multiple 10'X10' slots each located in prime positions for both spectator and pilot viewing.

Participation Requirements 

Registration for the event will only require $175 in merchandise to be used for pilot raffles and giveaways. The 1st 10x10 Vendor spot will be $150.00, 2nd spot is only $100.00  then each additional spot is $50.00. You are allowed to purchase as many spots as you like. Vendors will need to provide their own tent and tables.

Advertisement for your shop!

With your support we will display your logo on our website which will be hyperlinked to your shop's website or a URL of your choice. We can display your banner at designated locations at the facility during the event.

Our media director, Clifford Sonnentag of Bobe Productions, will also be producing a movie of the event. We will display your logo in the movie. You will find a preview of a few of our Video productions at the following links.

Venue Layout & Reservation System 

Please reference the maps to locate your desired vendor booths.  The 3rd map below (the last map at the bottom) has numbers on each vendor table that is available however another vendor may have already reserved that table.
